Purpose
The TTMC series vertical drum bag pump is suitable for transporting clean or slightly polluted chemically neutral or corrosive liquids under low or high temperature conditions, especially for the transportation of low-temperature liquefied gases, hydrocarbons, and toxic liquids.
Feature
The TTMC series pumps have the characteristics of wide hydraulic spectrum coverage, wide high-efficiency zone, wide flow coverage, good anti cavitation performance, strong reliability, smooth operation, and easy maintenance. The TTMC vertical drum bag pump is a vertical, multi-stage, radial split type pump with a single suction radial impeller and a single-stage shell. The first stage impeller is generally a suction impeller with a diagonal contact bearing to bear axial force. In the case of a large pressure difference, the balance drum device balances the axial force and the shell only bears the inlet pressure. The length of the shell and the installation depth of the pump depend on the requirements of NPSH cavitation performance. If the pump is installed on a container or connected to a pipeline flange, the shell may not be installed. A diagonal contact bearing in the bearing housing is lubricated by lubricating oil and has an independent internal circulation self-lubricating system. The fluid dynamic radial sliding bearing is located at the inlet end of the pump. At a certain installation depth, the pump has an intermediate support, which is lubricated with liquid.
